The role

What you'll actually be doing.

Four things. We keep the role focused — you open doors, we walk through them with you.

01

Introduce EduManage

Reach out to principals and administrators in your network. Share what EduManage does. A WhatsApp message or a call is enough to open the conversation.

02

Book the demo

Schedule a demo call or school visit. We handle the product presentation — you make the introduction and we take it from there.

03

Earn on signups

Every school that signs up through you earns you a commission — on the setup fee and the annual subscription. Terms are agreed before you start.

04

Grow with us

Early partners get priority as we expand into new counties. EduManage is the first Ansai product — there is more coming and we bring our partners along.

Who we're looking for

If principals pick up
when you call — let's talk.

We're not looking for career salespeople. We want people who already live inside the school ecosystem.

Strong fit — you are:

A former or current teacher, school administrator, or education NGO professional
Someone secondary school principals already know and trust by name
Active in at least one county — ideally several, with real contacts in each
Comfortable with a smartphone, WhatsApp, and basic field communication
Genuinely interested in how schools work — not just in the commission
Available part-time, full-time, or on a flexible gig basis — all work
Earnings

How you get paid.

Commission-based, structured fairly, and put in writing before you start. No vague promises.

What the commission covers

Three earning opportunities per school — discussed and agreed at the onboarding call.

01

Setup fee referral

Every new school pays a one-time onboarding fee to get onto EduManage. You earn a cut of that fee for every school you bring in — paid once the school is confirmed and set up.

02

First-year subscription commission

Schools pay an annual subscription based on their student population. You earn a percentage of that first-year subscription for each school that signs through you.

03

Volume bonus

Partners who bring in multiple schools within a single school term unlock an additional bonus on top of the base commission. The more active your network, the more it compounds.

Exact figures are agreed at the onboarding call — before you commit to anything. We put the terms in writing. Commissions are paid within 14 days of a school's subscription being confirmed and payment received.
The process

Four steps from application
to your first commission.

01

Fill in the application form

Takes about 4 minutes. We ask about your school network, which counties you cover, and what draws you to this opportunity. There's one concrete question at the end: name a school you could book a demo at within two weeks. That question tells us more than anything else on the form.

02

We review and shortlist

We review applications within 3 business days and reach out to strong candidates by WhatsApp. We keep this first cohort small — quality over coverage. Everyone gets a response. No ghosting.

03

Partner onboarding call

A 30-minute conversation with the Ansai team. We walk you through EduManage, agree commission terms in writing, and make sure you're fully equipped to represent it. You leave the call ready — with materials, talking points, and a direct line to the product team.

04

Go to market

You start reaching out. We support your first few school conversations directly — demo materials, a school-facing one-pager, and live product support for early calls. You're not selling blind.
